After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with available tracking information. Carrier tracking may take up to 72 hours to display its first update.

If you have not received tracking after the processing period of 1–3 business days, or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, email service@copperluma.com with your order number and delivery postcode.
