Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary because of destination, customs, carrier capacity, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected service. Any free-shipping offer will be shown before payment and will apply only when the displayed conditions are met.

Fulfilment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update.

Delays and Missing Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears to be lost, email service@copperluma.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.

Customs and Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Import taxes or duties, where applicable and not collected at checkout, are the recipient’s responsibility.
