Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unused, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable cleaning concentrates cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.

Requesting a Return

Email service@copperluma.com with your order number, the item, the reason for return, and relevant photos or videos. Do not send goods to our business registration address. After approval, we will provide the correct return warehouse address and instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized goods, and opened consumable products are not returnable except where consumer law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.
